startPlugin

public static void startPlugin(PluginManager pm,
                               PluginInfoWrapper pi)

Will get all needed info from the plugin, put it into the Wrapper. Then the Pluginstarter will be greated, and the plugin fedto it, starting the plugin. the pluginInfoWrapper will then be returned
